So, if I call myself an EMPOWERMENT Coach, what do I really mean by empowerment?!?!?

EMPOWERMENT means . . .

Stepping into your own personal power, your best you.

Living in integrity with your inner truth, in alignment with your personal values

Knowing and using your strengths

Being connected to your purpose and living life fueled by curiosity and passion

Having big dreams, and being in action to realize them, knowing it’s all possible

Knowing you can learn, and realizing life is an infinite game – finite in duration, yes, AND infinite in possibility.

Knowing how to access flow states, and doing so regularly, realizing the benefits of fulfillment

And so . . . living in technicolor, lit up with intrinsic motivation, full of vitality, and UNSTOPPABLE.

Able to persevere when it gets hard, and trusting you can.

An expert at resilience to be better for the times it doesn’t go as desired.

It’s hard, and you can do hard things . . . with a smile.

YES TO ALL OF IT.

Yes to career and family.  To sports and femininity.  To light and dark.  To the cacophony of life that comprises its tapestry . . . rife with the texture of feeling and experiencing all of it and showing up to whatever experience life is offering.

EMPOWERMENT to be fully you, without apology.

To light up your community, family, and all those around you with the beautiful core of WHO YOU ARE.

And, by so doing, giving others the inspiration and permission to step into their own light and power.

And so light up the world with your spirit, unleashed to dance its way to dreams.
