Over the course of this deeply guided experience, we use big landscapes to fuel big ideas. Your team will learn, through the principles of adventure, how to move together: adaptively, powerfully, and with shared purpose. You’ll spend time outside, yes, but more importantly, you’ll come alive.
We begin before you arrive. I meet individually with each member of your team to understand where they’re at and what’s ready to shift. We also identify where the system needs alignment and where hidden capacity is waiting to be unlocked.
During the immersion itself, we blend structured strategic work with dynamic outdoor experiences. You’ll spend a full day crafting a strategic vision—one that is deeply aligned with your team’s intrinsic motivators and anchored in a shared sense of direction. You’ll reconnect to the why behind your work and design a future worth building together.
And it doesn’t end when you leave. I coach the team leader or manager for six months after the immersion, including two site visits for continued support as you learn to operate in alignment with your strategic vision and embed it in the way you work and design the team. This isn’t just a vacation; we ensure that what shifts in Alaska carries forward into everyday operations.
By the end, every individual is materially evolved. The team is in coordinated and effective action, operating with clarity, trust, and renewed momentum. The work becomes vital again—alive, energizing, and aligned.
